Children aged between 5 & 7 yrs of age may be left within the soft play area under the supervision of our staff, if the parent or guardian wishes to participate in a centre based activity. All such children must be registered into the Igloo by the parent or guardian. The maximum duration for leaving a child is two hours and the parent or guardian must remain contactable within the facility.

Children aged ten and over are not permitted to make use of this facility.

Guide lines

• Food, including sweets, chewing gum and drinks are not allowed within the soft play area
• Wearing of shoes, jewellery, ties or hard and sharp items of clothing is not permitted
• Loose valuables, money or any other items such as hard toys are not permitted within the area
• Running, pushing and over robust play will not be permitted in the play area
• Items of play equipment must not be thrown at other children
• All children must enjoy themselves and have fun!
