Service Standards:

• The time and availibility of services will be as published in our customer information leaflets.
• Any forseen changes will be duly notified to our customers by the display of an appropriate notice within the centre.
• Any unforseen (emergency) interruptions to services which have been booked will result in refunds and/or offer of alternative services where possible.

• Seeking regular feedback from both members and non-members to help us improve upon the service provided.

• Provide clear and up-to-date information.
• Ensure all staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and treat all customers fairly and with respect.
• Seek feedback from customers to help us improve upon the service provided.
• Provide a varied programme of activities that offer value for money.
• Provide well maintained equipment and make repairs where necessary and as quickly as possible.

How you can help us?

Customers can help us by:

• Letting us know what you think of the service provided.
• Showing respect and consideration to other members of the public and staff.
• Reporting all faulty/broken items of equipment.
• Teating the centre with respect by disposing all rubbish in the appropriate recycling bins provided and turning off lights when not required.
• Letting us know if areas of the building are not maintained to a satisfactory standard.
